MaxKing refers to Sole Trade Josip Mrak and the term ‘user’ refers to the person using this website.

By accessing our website, you as a user agree to use the terms and conditions below. These terms may change at our discretion at any time and without notice. All orders and requests for samples through this site are governed by these terms and conditions. All prices on this page are subject to confirmation. You agree to pay all charges related to your order. We will endeavor to use efficient resources to deliver items as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavor to notify all customers if delivery is delayed, however this is sometimes beyond our control and we may not be aware of it afterwards.

 

Usual delivery period

We undertake to send the order within ten working days after receiving the order and receiving the payment. In the event of any unforeseen delay in the order after the ten-day shipping deadline, the user will be notified of the delay by email. Please note that many of our products will have a 3 day delivery time.

 

Return Policy

We will refund your payment as appropriate (in accordance with our terms and conditions).

To obtain a return form, please contact us directly by email at: Info@MaxKing.ie and we will send you a return form.

Repack the goods in the original packaging.

Attach the return form to your shipment together with the goods you are returning.

The goods are returned at the customer’s expense. If the goods are deemed to be faulty due to our negligence, we will also refund the P&P costs.

Make sure you have added the correct postage to your shipment.

Please return the goods using the tracking service.

MaxKing cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

The return must be made within 14 days.

The goods must be unworn, undamaged and unused.

Tags may not be removed.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

We have the right to refuse any return which, in our opinion, should be outside our terms and conditions.

MaxKing advises that any product a user purchases from the Site should be investigated to ensure that the product purchased will suit the user’s needs if additional work is required on the product. This includes printing, sublimation printing, finishing processes or any other functions where the product is modified in any way by the user or a third party.

The user will indemnify sole trade Josip Mrak against any claim against MaxKing by a third party arising from the delivered products and work performed by the user for its users. In the event of any claim by the user, the legal remedies of the user will be limited to damages. Under no circumstances will MaxKing’s liability exceed the total price of the products in question.
