Returns and exchanges

Please note: Our Returns and Exchanges Policy does not affect the statutory rights of customers.

In fact, if by any chance an item is faulty in any way, we will repair, replace or refund your money. If the problem is related to a personalization error on our part, such as a spelling mistake. We will immediately correct the error as soon as possible and apologize accordingly. If the error is on the part of the buyer, we cannot accept a return or refund for the item. Therefore, when ordering, check all the information you enter.

Usual delivery period

We undertake to send the order within ten working days after receiving the order and receiving the payment. In the event of any unforeseen delay in the order after the ten-day shipping deadline, the user will be notified of the delay by email. Please note that many of our products will have a delivery time of three days.

Return Policy

We will refund your payment as appropriate (in accordance with our terms and conditions).

To obtain a return form, please contact us directly by email at MaxKingMarko@gmail.com and we will send you a return form.

Repack the goods in the original packaging.

Attach the return form to your shipment together with the goods you are returning.

The goods are returned at the customer’s expense. If the goods are deemed to be faulty due to our negligence, we will also refund the P&P costs.

Make sure you have added the correct postage to your shipment.

Please return the goods using the tracking service.

Sole Trade Josip Mrak (MaxKing) cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

The return must be made within 14 days.

The goods must be unworn, undamaged and unused.

Tags may not be removed.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

We have the right to refuse any return which, in our opinion, should be outside our terms and conditions.

If you need your order urgently, visit our Blanchardstown store. Depending on the quantity and type of design, most jobs can be completed within a few hours.
